Our Returns & Exchange Policy
- Pickup will be arranged within 2–4 days. A refund or replacement will be processed after item inspection.
- Items damaged by misuse, missing packaging, or showing signs of use are not returnable.
- Free gifts must also be returned for eligibility for Refund or Replacement.
- Sale items are not eligible for return unless product is defective.
